Susana Maria Fisch—or Susy, as her family lovingly calls her—was born in a small town in Buenos Aires in 1937. Mother of six. Grandmother of thirteen.
Chakall and Silvina, Susy’s youngest children, are two dreamers, entrepreneurs, and enthusiasts. Always smiling, creative, and full of new ideas—and that’s how La Susy was born: a way to share their mother’s recipes and the best childhood memories with the world!
The restaurant La Susy promises the flavors of the world in an Argentinian empanada made for the world. Empanadas are an icon of Argentinian cuisine. Each region has its own flavors, tastes, and styles. And then, well—then there are La Susy Empanadas, made from a secret recipe by our mother: a hardworking woman, an incredible human being, in short, our real-life hero.
The big secret has always been: love, dedication, and a pinch of… well, we can’t reveal that part!
Enjoy!
